Treat every day, experience, and interaction with the realization of the impact that it could be the last memory you make with the people around you. Think of it as a reason to make each day epic rather than letting it scare you!

Basically, consider making the most out of life.

Follow the seasons for guidance: take time to slow down, and build energy.

Laughter can be healing in the wake of loss. You will go between joy and sorrow in the face of loss, but you must face both. Return to "normal"- whatever that new normal is.

Act slower, and think more. "Whatever you do, do carefully, and look towards the end." Look before you leap, but don't develop analysis paralysis.

Oscar Wilde said there are two types of people: which one are you?

There is a cycle to every year, you should take some time to slow down, too. Some plants can't even produce without cold (cranberries require 3 months of cold to set flowers and produce fruit).

Treasure each day. experience and moment because memento mori. When there comes a time in your life to slow down, leverage it to grow learn and rest so you can bloom and produce fruit!
