Sternberg's Triangular Theory of Love - the concept of love is a triangle that is made up of three components (Intimacy, Passion & Commitment). Some of these components are focused on the love between two people in a romantic or sexual relationship, but they also apply to other forms of interpersonal relationships (Feuerman, 2005).
