As we memorialize our military service people in America, we also take time to remember the hundreds of family members lost during the May 31st Tulsa massacre in 1921. The sacrifices made by our armed forces are comparable to that of so many generations of enslaved African Americans. Let us continue to learn (and remember) so many lost to various types of wars.
