With only a few days left in the year, we focus on a reminder of what's happened through the ups and downs of 2021. Looking in the rearview mirror will give us some perspective on what was and what might happen in the new year. We'll take a stroll down memory lane and begin to formulate guidance for the new year among some of the supply chain, unemployment, and inflationary issues that aren't over yet.
