This meditation aims to remove from the etheric body traumas which reduce your potential energy by employing the power of your imagination to draw from alternate timelines to build an alternate history to yourself. This process takes a unique approach to trauma. Rather than living our life anchored in traumas we imagine a life which did not anchor in trauma but rather in tranquility. This approach to dealing with personal traumas is rooted in ancient eastern techniques and hidden knowledge about how to overcome adversity by embracing a neutral standpoint to traumatic experiences by distancing these experiences from our self by imagining an alternate reality for our soul self which is eternal and untouched and undamaged by any events which may unfold. This meditation practice allows us to see traumatic experiences from a third party perspective without the emotional charge imbued by taking them into our energetic body. This process of distancing the trauma as an artifact which can be accepted or rejected may help us ultimately place these traumas into objective reality rather than being harmed by the emotional reaction of subjective reality.
