It's been the rage in certain segments for a while and the new book "Notes On Being A Man" by Scott Calloway has brought it into the mainstream. 

Our generations attempt to tackle this in a way that doesn't veer off into a bunch of man-splaning and what it all means as well as what moving forward might look like.
