He is  the founder of MEN CHECK: A Men’s Virtual Ingathering, a virtual safe space for men to be Edified, Recharged, and Built UP in their Faith, Family, Finances and Future. Coach MJ is a faith-based Empowerment Coach that equips men with strategy, resources and tools to WIN in every area of their lives.

Coach MJ and his wife are the founders of PURE Coaching and Development. Which provide Empowerment, Martial and Military Transitional Coaching.  

Coach MJ is also Founder of the weekly virtual ministry entitled PURE Partners Virtual Ministry. We meet once a week and cover a variety of topics in the areas of Spirit, Soul, Body, Social and Financial.
