There is no doubt that communication between ♀ and ♂ can many if not most of the time be misconstrued. “For men, communication is a way to negotiate for power, seek wins, avoid failure and offer advice, among other things. For women, communication is a way to get closer, seek understanding and find equality or symmetry.”

This week, we talk about how to break down the barriers and become more communicative with each other for better understanding.

While there may not always be a complete understanding of perspective, we can learn to be more accepting of one's perception even if we do not agree. Because in a world where many things can make you feel lonely, the last thing we should be doing is making someone feel inferior emotionally.
