I'm realizing more and more that we aren't trying to find solutions to our problems. For that, we have to actually acknowledge that we have problems. Sad to say, we'd rather avoid the acknowledgment because then we avoid putting pressure on ourselves to bring about change by stepping outside our comfort zone. Instead of trying to find solutions, we look for anything that will rationalize us staying the same!
