In this episode of the Men Need Love Too podcast, Kat Anna sits down with Cameron McLean, a psychotherapist, counsellor and psychic medium, to discuss male burnout, finding your
purpose and men's mental health.
Through Cameron's personal experiences and professional
insights, we explore work stress, the pressure on men to keep pushing, spirituality and practical ways to follow your joy and make big decisions with more clarity.
Like so many men, Cameron followed the path in front of him and kept pushing through the stress, all the way to an executive role, until his body made him stop. That wake-up call led him
back to what he'd always loved: helping people.
Cameron's message is full of hope. Joy is a clue to your purpose, and you don't have to blow up your life to start following it. He also shares a simple heart and gut check for big decisions that any man can try.

CONNECT WITH CAMERON
Cameron helps people reconnect with themselves emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. Through psychic mediumship, psychotherapy, and counselling, he supports people in understanding their patterns, relationships, struggles, and their deeper path with warmth, honesty, and grounded insight.
Raised in a Catholic environment, Cameron experienced a sense of faith early in life, but through common cultural influences, his natural instinct was to question, analyse, and understand the world through logic. That way of seeing everything led him to study space, science and engineering, where he built a successful career and eventually stepped into executive roles in aircraft and military manufacturing. In time, atheism became the worldview that made the most sense to him.
But life had other plans. Illnesses took hold and became heavy, disruptions in personal life and personality traits started to become an issue, and gradually there was a growing sense that something essential was missing. This led him into a deeper journey of healing, meaning, and spiritual truth. The work he offers today combines lived experience, professional training, and spiritual study to support emotional healing, self-understanding, and deeper guidance.

In this episode of the Men Need Love Too podcast, Kat Anna sits down with Jon Bui, a Lewis and Clark law school graduate and founder of The Negotiated Apology, to discuss how to
apologize, conflict resolution and rebuilding trust.
Through Jon's personal experiences and professional insights, we explore accountability, empathy, self-forgiveness and practical ways to
give an apology that actually repairs a relationship.
Most of us were never taught how to apologize. Jon approaches it like a negotiation, because in many ways it is one: one person has to persuade, and the other holds the power to forgive.
That's exactly why so many of us avoid it.
Jon shows that a real apology isn't about changing the past, it's about changing the future, and he walks through what a sincere one sounds like, live. Whether you owe an apology or you're owed one, this conversation gives you the words.

In this episode of the Men Need Love Too podcast, Kat Anna sits down with Miguel Hernandez, a licensed therapist turned coach and creator of the Well-Balanced Warrior program, to discuss male vulnerability, emotional intimacy and attraction in relationships.
Through Miguel's personal
experiences and professional insights, we explore what women mean by emotionally available, regulated honesty, co-regulation and practical ways for men to open up with the right partner.
We take on a question men ask me all the time: if I open up to her, will she lose attraction?
Many men have tried and felt their partner pull away, so they stopped sharing altogether.
We talk about the difference between sharing from a grounded place and unloading, and why the right partner meets you with patience, not judgment. Our bottom line: with the right partner,
there's no limit to how much you can share.

Through John's personal
experience, we explore reactive abuse, why men stay, the role of faith in healing, and practical ways to take the first step toward finding yourself again.
John was a confident man with a plan, and over the course of a long marriage he slowly lost sight of himself. He speaks about that experience with honesty, accountability and a lot of heart, and about the faith and hard work that brought him back.
John wants men who are where he once was to know two things: what you're feeling is real, and there is hope. You don't need to see the whole path, just the next step. We also talk about why

In this episode of the Men Need Love Too podcast, Kat Anna sits down with Dan Roth, a TEDx speaker, author and advocate for male survivors, to discuss domestic violence against men,
sexual assault and consent.
Through Dan's personal experience, we explore why so many men struggle to recognize abuse, how trauma shapes future relationships, and practical first steps for men who are realizing this happened to them. With real courage,
Dan shares a relationship from his college years that he didn't recognize as abuse until almost 20 years later, because he didn't know men could be survivors. He's still healing, and he chose to speak anyway in the hope that it helps another man put a name to
what happened to him.
If you're a man realizing that something you went through was abuse, Dan's message is to trust that, and to talk to someone. Shame that's spoken loses its power.

eating disorders and men's body image.
Through Dan's personal experiences and research, we explore muscle dysmorphia, neurodivergence, the influence of social media and culture, and practical ways families can start these conversations early.
Dan has lived with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia since childhood, and it was years before he even had a name for it. He shares his experience with honesty and care, including
how he now talks about body image with his own daughters.
Dan helps us understand that body dysmorphia isn't about how someone looks to others, and that it often shows up differently in men. His biggest hope is that families start these
conversations early, at home.

#MenNeedLoveToo #BodyDysmorphia #MensMentalHealth
In this episode of the Men Need Love Too podcast, Kat Anna sits down with Nic Collins, a certified rehabilitation counselor, public speaker and author of Advance, to discuss corporate
burnout, men's mental health and redefining success.
Through Nic's personal experiences and professional insights, we explore authenticity, imposter syndrome, core values and practical ways to make lasting change using the five stages of change.
Nic spent nearly 20 years in corporate sales. From the outside it looked like success, but inside he was struggling, and he went through a very dark time before he found his way through. Years
of therapy and self-discovery later, he walked away from corporate life and built one around service, family and authenticity.
Nic reminds us that success means something different for each of us, and that rest is not laziness. He shares the five stages of change and why the most important step is simply taking
action.
