This is how the men of past generations wanted the system to be. The issue is the system has changed, but on a society level, the mindset of women have not. Only when it's convenient. Personally I don't believe in a man paying for every single thing in a relationship just because he is a man. But most women do. I wouldn't look at being in a relationship with a man as a place for me to save money. Well, I do less for myself because I don't have to yes but financially should I lean on him 100% no.
