In this episode of Brothers In Depth, I'm joined by Londin Winters, an author, coach, and retreat facilitator, to talk about the power of women when they surrender to the feminine, devotion, and what actually keeps intimacy alive in relationships over time.
I asked Londin how devotion shows up in her daily life, and she shared that it's the thing that helps us live larger than our defense mechanisms and ego—especially when relationships are asking us not to collapse, withdraw, or shut down.
Londin also shared her personal story about discovering the power of surrender on her own, and how it's changed everything about how she approaches intimacy and polarity in her relationship today. She was highly successful at manifesting and achievement (including winning an Emmy), but struggled in relationships until a spontaneous sacred sexuality workshop showed her that surrender can be an equal power to directive achievement.
We talked about what surrender really is (and isn't): not submission or becoming smaller, but a full-power choice to rest into deference and let trust and polarity create real union and multiply love on its own.
From there, we focused on practical tools for couples—especially men—like the "seer/feeler" dynamic and how a man's conscious "seeing" can melt a woman's defenses more than fixing or apologizing. We also spoke about making love beyond conditions and circumstance, including mood and cycle, and how men can reclaim desire in a way that feels safe and enlivening by naming what they want in the present moment and giving a woman space and timing to meet it.
