Jamaican clergyman, Reverend Errol Bolt, a family life counselor who has been in ministry for 39 years, and Pastor of Kencot Christian Fellowship, has an abundance of advice and perspectives on dealing with depression.
“Females know how to get out of the pothole of depression quicker and faster than males,” said the clergyman.
