Learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education is very much needed to foster the attitude of citizens expected by the nation and in fostering a Smart and Good Citizenship Young Generation, because Citizenship Education regulates how citizens not only regulate and obey the state, but also teach how citizens it must be tolerant and independent. In the 4.0 industrial revolution it has fundamentally changed the way human activities have been and has had a major influence on the behavior and habits of citizens, especially youth. Therefore, the importance of learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education is to build a smart young generation and good citizenship. And with the provision of citizenship knowledge, citizenship skills, and citizenship dispositions contained in citizenship education learning, it is hoped that Indonesian citizens will be able to actively build the nation and state based on Pancasila and the '45 Constitution.
