This session is a brief discussion reflecting on a conversation I had over the weekend  with a woman who was turned off by a man’s emotions. I talk about the role of emotions as an access to our inner thoughts and beliefs. Emotions are the doorway and once we open the door, we can see where the source of our feelings are and then make the choice to change our interpretations that are at the source of those feelings.
