Mental and Love Notes: 101

The world is searching for hope, truth, love, peace, healing, and purpose. While many are looking in all the wrong places, God is raising up believers to reflect the light of Christ.

Jesus said:

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." — Matthew 5:14

The question is not whether the world is seeking something; it is. The question is whether you are living in such a way that people see Christ in you.

Are you:

• The encourager someone has been praying for?
• The intercessor standing in the gap?
• The mentor a young person needs?
• The servant who leads with humility?
• The voice of truth spoken in love?
• The hands and feet of Jesus to a hurting world?

We are living in critical times, especially for our children, teens, and young adults. Across the nation and around the world, many young people are facing increasing challenges, making harmful choices, and encountering influences that seek to pull them away from God's purpose for their lives. Now more than ever, they need our love, guidance, and support.

As believers, we must not only be concerned but we must PRAY. Let us intercede for this generation, asking God to protect them, give them wisdom, surround them with godly influences, and lead them in the path of righteousness. Our prayers have the power to make a difference. Join me!

In 2 Kings 4, we encounter two women facing very different needs. One widow lacked financial security and was on the verge of losing her sons to debt. Another woman, the Shunammite, lacked a child despite her faithfulness. Although their situations were different, they both experienced the same God who specializes in meeting every need.

The lesson is simple: God doesn't require us to have everything; He asks us to trust Him with what we have. Your lack is not the end of your story; it is often the place where God's provision and power are revealed. Take a Listen

• What am I holding onto that God has asked me to release?
• Is fear of the unknown keeping me from embracing God's next season?
• Am I making room for God to do something new in my life?

God is always at work, but we can miss the new because we're holding tightly to the old. Letting go isn't about pretending the past never happened; it's about trusting God enough to move forward.  Take a listen!!

What empty vessels are you bringing to God today? Your finances, family, ministry, health, or future? Keep pouring in faith. Don't stop because your resources seem small. God is able to multiply what you place in His hands.

In the parable of the ten virgins, all ten appeared to belong and were waiting, but only five were truly prepared with oil. Preparation....not proximity.... distinguished who was recognized as His. The other five were present and looked the part, yet lacked what was required when the moment came, revealing that being near the bridegroom is not the same as being known by Him. Take a listen
