Mental Health is a serious pandemic in our times, affecting people of all walks of life and all class levels. Believers are not immune to this and mental health continues to be a taboo issue in houses of worship, although many believers are living with mental health conditions. 

This lack of conversation and education on mental health has left many very lonely and helpless while living treatable conditions and their lifestyles could be improved.
