Mental health and how it affects men

This podcast is to help not only people with bipolar but for the family members as well, I want to share my experiences to help other feel less alone. Together we are more. I know that not everyone has the access to mental health treatment, If I had this type of information available when I was diagnosed my life would me so much easier, this is my calling and if I can bring confort to all that need it, I know it will help so many people to get better, I share my experiences with all of you.
