Nancy German joined AB, NJ and JT to discuss mental health and mindset inside the booth and out. For over thirty years Nancy has been a clinical therapist as well as a voice actor. She wants to use these experiences to inform and help voice actors deal with performance anxiety and other barriers to being their best.
