In this episode I had the privilege of a conversation with Syracuse Police Officer Ann Beaupre.  This conversation was about mental health awareness and PTSD among our first responders.  This conversation centered around the acknowledgement of mental health awareness for first responders plus the available resources to first responders to improve their overall mental health while on the job and beyond.
