We're going to scratch the surface as we begin a series of podcasts dedicated to Mental Health Awareness (including Youth Mental Health). The goal for which is to start a dialogue about how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our mental health at a community level and to keep the conversation alive as we begin to move out of a lockdown scenario and toward a more open society, free from restrictions.
