Sean Tufts, former Colorado Buffs football player, joins Ashley Adamson and Yogi Roth to discuss his work with Buffs4Life. After losing a former teammate to suicide, Sean felt that there should be a stronger emphasis on mental health awareness for current and former student athletes.
