I know most are afraid to even come out and say hey I need HELP đ but I can't denied it ever since my Mom's passing I've been dealing with grieving and other life issues. As if loosing my Mother wasn't enough. I just want to let you guys know that Mental health is something that needs to be taken seriously and you are not alone even the strongest soldiers sometimes fall. âYou donât have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.â Dan Millman âEmotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if itâs first brought out into the open.â Steven Aitchison
