Today I am going on a rant about stress and anxiety, the difference between the two, my personal experience with both, and a few ways to manage.
I also set my goal of the week, and tell you all about how I feel that it's a step towards coping with stress.
Remember that this is just chit-chat. This doesn't necessarily have to work for you, but I hope that it will give you some insight and you'll be inspired to look within yourself and dare to try new ways to break out of an old pattern that is only weighing you down.
