"Safe Space Conversations" aims to break down barriers and stigmas surrounding mental health through honest dialogue about real-life situations, challenges, and available support systems. The series will feature both streaming video content and in-person discussion forums to maximize accessibility and engagement.
"The mental health crisis touches every segment of our society, yet meaningful conversations about it remain difficult to have," said Yannick Jackson, Executive Director of TFG365 City, Inc. "Safe Space Conversations,' we're creating a platform where diverse perspectives can come together to share experiences, strategies, and solutions that support youth transitioning into adulthood."
Each session will focus on specific aspects of mental health, including crisis intervention, prevention strategies, resource navigation, and community support systems. Viewers and participants will gain practical insights from frontline professionals while hearing personal stories that highlight the human impact of mental health challenges.
The series will stream live on TFG365 City's event website www.tfg365cityevents.org and will be available for on-demand viewing afterward. In-person discussion forums will be held at local community centers and restaurants following each streaming event.
