In this episode, Dr. Lauren Josephs shares with us a message about mental health in the midst of Covid-19. Dr. Josephs is a researcher, a trainer of cultural and linguistic competency, and a licensed mental health counselor. She has extensive expertise in the areas of researching health disparities, and designing and implementing mental health interventions. Dr. Josephs is from the beautiful island of Jamaica and currently lives here in Orange County where she’s been an Orlando resident for over 20 years.
