During the final hour, Marty talked with Keith Stowell, a Psychiatrist at UPMC's Western Psych Hospital.  He is also an administrator that oversees the Crisis and Emergency Services.  He joined Marty to talk about mental health and new program they have developed to get folks in the door, assess and evaluate them, and then come up with a plan for next steps that could include inpatient care or outpatient care or something in between.  They have been working on the program for a couple years and it is expected to open in the next month or so.
