Mental health is a conversation that hits home for me. Unbeknown I experienced mental health due to back to back tragedy incidents that occurred in my life. I didn’t know what was going on with me I thought that I was just exhausted. Unfortunately, I was depressed, I had a strong case of anxiety & I was has highly fearful of being left alone in my house.
