Manu, a very cool Italian woman who took the courage to talk about her experience with mental health and anxiety. She has been going to therapy and she shared her perspective as a social worker and as a Christ-follower. Some key takeaways for me are, taking the courage to talk about issues that you struggle with a therapist, maintaining hope in a higher power (for us, it's our God, Jesus), and recognizing it's a long journey of healing.
