Men don't usually have men around to show them how to use the tools we need to conduct self care. Perhaps, they didn't have anyone to help them. Most men, don't like to be vulnerable towards other men due to mishandling of information, mistrust, etc. But, we must find someway to get help. Let's talk about it.
