Mental Health- A taboo subject for sure.  Eli Weinstein and I really dive into the importance of discussing mental health, and the role of therapy in this episode.  Eli is a board certified psychotherapist with his own virtual practice, as well as his own podcast, "The Dude Therapist", anywhere you listen to podcasts.
