The life of a business owner can be isolating, there is the glamorous picture portrayed and then the reality- insecurities, imposter syndrome, self doubt and challenges. As owners of businesses in challenging industries, we have felt it all- depression, anxiety, insomnia, insecurity - some of these we face every day, and others we have overcome.
