We hope that by starting a dialogue on these subject matters will encourage others to start speaking and normalise mental health in our community. With Covid , Furlow and BLM movement there is a lot of anxiety and pressure for people of diversity and we acknowledge , understand and sympahtise .
Mental Health is commonly misunderstood , we can re write the narrative and it starts with sharing our experiences in order to normalise the "un normal".
Trauma , Triggers and PTSD are common disorders which are often delayed in response. The sooner we address displacement the sooner we can start to heal .
