This week Me and Sanel sat down to discuss quite a few things as always but the most important thing we focus on is the fact that men usually get frowned upon for seeking help for their mental issues. I've lost too many friends to suicide and dumb situations because they never was taught that it's okay to open up and seek help for real trauma. I wish everyone the best during this changing season.
