Drop a if you've ever felt like you had to hide your struggles. They say "thank you for your service," but often forget to say "hey, are you actually okay? Military burnout, mental health stigma, and secret struggles—it's all more common than bad coffee. We’re told to push through, adapt, overcome — but sometimes that just means burying how we really feel. And yeah, it’s a problem. The military needs to stop acting like mental health issues are a sign of weakness and start treating them like what they are: normal human stuff. Worth thinking about. What do you think?
