Today, Missy shares the many miraculous experiences she's had that relate to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. While brainstorming the times in her life when she has felt the Lord's help in miraculous ways, she noticed a pattern connected to this important topic of mental health. I'm so grateful for her courage in sharing because often, I think we try to hide our mental health challenges and feel ashamed for having them.
