Lacey recently polled her Instagram audience on mental health. About 2000 people voted and 79% of those people stated that they experience anxiety frequently yet only 18% said they seek out therapy for their anxiety. After diving a little deeper she found that the reason why the number of those seeking out therapy was so low was due to three main reasons; cost, unsure of how to find a good therapist, or social shame. This episode explores and shares resources for therapy and mental health.
