She's a prophet and a healer and uses her gifts and abilities to heal herself and others. She has healed from mental illness, physical health issues, and past emotional pain and trauma. She lives a very disciplined, healthy and holistic lifestyle. Her daily regimen consists of proper diet, yoga, exercise, prayer and meditation.

From sufferer to survivor turned activist, she advocates and serves for the survival and healing of others. Her mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental illness and to ELIMINATE the mental health crisis.
