Unless you’ve been living under a rock (or luckily don’t have social media), I’m sure that you’ve heard of what happened between Chris Rock & Will Smith at the Oscars. Though a crazy situation, the situation made me realize how much of a downward spiral we are in with our mental health and its connection to social media.
