This week is a bit of break from the norm and something that we have wanted to do for a while, Shaun is a genuinely great guy who loves Stockton Town FC and over the years has has his battles with his mental health but has come out the other side as a Mental health ambassador.
We talk openly and candidly about mental health issues and try to give some hope to anyone who is struggling themselves or knows someone who might be in need of help.

Please note this episode covers some difficult topics for and discussion regarding suicide.
It is ok not to be ok.
