Everyone needs to maintain and strengthen their mental state of mind. I identify what poor mental health looks like, such as perfectionism, high stress, pessimism, and self esteem issues.   • Amanda E. White: therapist, coach, influencer. She specifies in therapy for women and has weekly newsletters, a therapy clinic, and online counseling or coaching.
