Running can do amazing things for your physical health. But one other major benefit of running can be its effect on your mental health. This week I have fellow #RADrabbit Scott on the show to talk about how running has helped his mental health. Scott is also a teacher, so we get into the topic of COVID and school situations and how this may affect students mental health for the long term.
