Tragedy struck my family this week with attempted suicide and I feel the need strongly to make a topic about this because the holidays can be a very rough and emotional time of year for people. If you are struggling or someone you know, PLEASE seek help right away.

We need foundation and structure in our lives in order to be at peace with whatever life throws at us for both the good times and the bad.

Today I will be discussing the topic of Anger and the nature of this emotion. I will also give you my personal experiences with it and why I am so passionate to talk about it.
