Infinite Consciousness

Mental Pain - Mental Health

Listen Later

In this episode we will discuss the various types of mental pain that you may experience as a human here in the physical world as well as how to help cope.  Thoughts, feelings, and emotions are non-physical energies that affect the physical world - being our bodies - and produce an energy field around the being.  The non-physical aspects of our lives are often undermined because it exists in a field beyond the capabilities for science to test through the scientific method.  We are often sold the idea that if we cannot prove something through testing or present evidence then it simply does not exist and is ignored.  No one can gauge another person’s mental pain because the experience is relative to the observer.  Every being produces an energy field based on their feelings, emotions, and thoughts which makes an impact on the physical world.  EX: a heavy and thick atmosphere = negative feelings, thoughts, and emotions = lower vibrations: vs a light and bright atmosphere = positive feelings, thoughts, and emotions = higher vibrations.

Often people are in mental distress without even realizing it.  We all try to navigate through the physical world with the tools we have gained through knowledge and experience.  We are all born into different families with various social, cultural, genetics, hormones, and economic status.  It is a waste of time to envy another’s predicament as life was never meant to be 100% pleasant at all times and fair.  Ex: wanting to be wealthy, famous, climb the ladder of the social and economic hierarchy, craving power.

Mental trauma is energy that can be “trapped” where the being releases said energy in their atmosphere and environment.  Which is why old asylums, hospitals, crime scenes, war bound places, etc carry this heavy negative energy.  Trauma is also passed through genetics in the form of inherited trauma.
