Valeria interviews Alexander Bolowich — He is Mental Performance Consultant, Founder Of Elite Mental Performance, and Speaker.

Chapel Hill NC native. Soccer player (goalkeeper) growing up. Competed at Creighton University under his dad as the coach (former UNC Tar Heels coach). Had several injuries and surgeries in college and dealt with depression. Slowly overcame that after college. Alex has a masters of science degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. He recently opened his own mental performance training platform "Elite Mental Performance" helping athlete's across the country master the mental game. Alex uses his experience and education to help provide athletes, performers, and any individuals life a more fulfilling life on and off the performance domain.
