Having what I call mental quicksand is unhealthy. Overthinking.  It's a habit that causes stress by dwelling on the past, focusing on the negative and worrying about the future. We convince ourselves that thinking about something for a long time is the best solution. It's not. Science shows it's actually exhausting.  Let's talk about how to free our minds to be able to take the action we need to create the lives we want.
