Today on the Mental Review we speak briefly about the soul contract. We than do a short 10 Meditation, followed by a 15 Minute affirmations session on confidence and self esteem. We then follow it up by listening to chapter one of Leda Lasha's book, "The Hero's Journey" and then we end the podcast today listening to an inspirational message of a surviver of NDE.
