Uncertainty and unprecedented impacts have raised the global call for mental well-being. 

In one of my previous episodes, I raised a lot of concerns about and the importance of mental well-being for remote employees. A lot of companies and teams have learned to understand the importance of taking take of their colleagues, their remote staff, and the pool of workforce. But today am going to leave with some questions, rather than proposing some solutions.
