Our guest in the 4th episode is Aishath Neelam Rasheed from the Maldives. She studied her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Forensic Science, Sociology & Psychology and a Master’s degree in Development Studies in Australia and India. In this episode we focussed on mental wellbeing and how we should deal with stress.

Aishath is passionate about working with people and helping them with their psychological issues. She works as a Lecturer for the Maldives Police Service and supports the policemen on dealing with their mental stress. Besides, she also holds workshops and presentations for young adults and some weeks ago, she was holding an event for UIBE IAA students.
