Dr Judie Gannon is shaping the landscape in the field of mentoring, in her role as author and academic. In this episode of the Success iD podcast Judie highlights what forms mentoring might take and the way that individuals and organisations can tap into the incredibly powerful potential that mentoring can maximise, when it is well organised.
Dr Judie Gannon is a senior lecturer in the International Centre for Coaching & Mentoring Studies (ICCaMs). Her main activities include teaching and supervising on the Doctorate in Coaching & Mentoring, MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice and she also undertakes doctoral research supervision across the Business School. Judie's current research is on formal mentoring schemes and their coordination. She leads the STAMINa Mentoring Network which focuses on sharing best practice across mentoring schemes and offering support to mentoring scheme coordinators. In August the network will introduce the Doctors of Mentoring podcast to its resources ahead of the launch of the Formal Mentoring Schemes Report.
